Joe Daniels graduated from Florida State University with a Real Estate major. In 1991 Joe began specializing exclusively in the appraisal of healthcare properties and was instrumental in the formation and development of Gulf/Atlantic Valuation Services. GAV was established in 1994 and operated as a healthcare specialty services firm before being acquired by PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Global Valuation Group in 1999.
In early 2003, he separated from PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Global Valuation Group to serve as a principal of HealthTrust and the brokerage company of SeniorCare Advisors, LLC. His present focus involves serving as a team leader for the firm’s healthcare and senior housing practice, while providing valuation expertise for large portfolio assignments. He has been involved with providing valuation and consulting services for the most active lenders, operators, and investors in this industry throughout the nation. He has managed the appraisal process of some of the largest portfolios completed in the industry.
